PARTNERS IN WINE: STUART WELCOMES WINEMAKER JANICE MCDONALD INTO THE FLOWSTONE FOLD

I have news! I’m excited to let you know that my partner, and well-renowned winemaker, Janice McDonald has agreed to join me here at Flowstone. Janice’s career in winemaking spans over 30 years and her experience will be a fantastic asset to everything I do here at Flowstone.

You may know Janice from her most recent role at Burch Family Wines where she was Director of Winemaking, responsible for the wines of Howard Park and MadFish for more than ten years.  In 2018, she was awarded Gourmet Traveller WINE Winemaker of the Year.

This isn’t the first time Janice and I have worked together – we established the Suckfizzle brand and Stella Bella Wines in 1999, and we were both key players in the establishment of Matilda Bay Brewing Co in the late 1980s.

Together, we’re looking forward to producing more exceptional wines from the Margaret River region, estate grown, and bottled here at our home in Forest Grove. Thank you for supporting us.
